For activelaw, our notary Richard Prechtel and lawyer Felix Semper were on site at a joint stand with the aptum Group. We were able to meet Anja Ritschel, Head of Economic and Environmental Affairs of the City of Hanover, and discuss the mobility revolution, the car-free city and the development of inner cities. Our conclusion: Even with difficult economic conditions and high ESG requirements, there is a lot going on in the real estate industry!
