All German notaries are bound by statutory fees. “Cheaper” notaries do not exist. Our guidance and drafting, supported by a capable back office, ensures swift and cost-efficient execution. The notarial fee includes consultation, regardless of complexity or number of meetings, and is determined by the transaction’s significance and value, not by notarial effort.

Notes on Our Official Jurisdiction
Our official jurisdiction includes the state capital Hanover and the surrounding cities of Hemmingen, Laatzen, Langenhagen, and Seelze. This merely means that we may not perform notarial acts outside this jurisdiction (as a rule, notarizations should take place at our office at Pferdeturm). Of course, we are also able to handle matters and represent parties that have no specific connection to our jurisdiction.
