As part of this next step, we are looking for two notarial specialists (m/f/d) to strengthen our large and dynamic team. Your Responsibilities
Welcoming and assisting our clients
Organising and coordinating appointments, including the preparation of notarisation procedures
Drafting and processing contracts, powers of attorney, and notarial deeds
Supporting our notary Felix Semper with administrative tasks
Your Profile
Completed training as a legal and notarial specialist (ReNo)
Ideally, experience in notarial work, but motivated career starters are also welcome
An independent and structured working style with a passion for precision
Strong team spirit and a high level of commitment
Confident use of Microsoft Office
