For this next step, we are seeking two notarial assistants (m/f/d) to strengthen our large, dynamic team. Your responsibilities

Preparation and execution of notarial deeds as well as organisation and coordination of appointments
Independent administrative management of the notarial office in Kirchrode in close cooperation with our notary Felix Semper

What you should bring

Completed vocational training as a legal and notarial assistant (ReNo)
Ideally, experience in notarial work – motivated career starters are also welcome
Independent, precise, and well-structured working style
Team spirit and a high level of commitment
Confident use of Microsoft Office
