Your Responsibilities
Assisting and supporting our clients, preparing appointments, and handling general correspondence
Independently managing correspondence and ensuring timely dispatch
Organising and maintaining files, registers, deadlines, and follow-ups
Managing and monitoring calendars for court hearings, meetings, and deadlines to ensure compliance with legal submission deadlines such as claims, appeals, and objections
Your Profile
Completed vocational training as a legal assistant (m/f/d) or legal and notarial assistant (m/f/d)
Ideally, prior experience in a law firm
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
An independent, structured, and precise working style with strong organisational skills
A team player who remains calm and focused even in challenging situations
