Your responsibilities
- Manage and support our clients, prepare appointments, and handle general correspondence
- Independently process incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely dispatch
- Maintain and organise files, registers, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Manage and monitor calendars for court dates, meetings, and deadlines to ensure compliance with litigation, appeal, and other statutory deadlines
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a Legal Assistant or Legal and Notarial Assistant
- Ideally, some relevant experience in a law firm
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Independent, structured, and meticulous working style with strong organisational skills
- Team player who remains calm and professional even in challenging situations
