Attorney (m/f/d) for Intellectual Property Law

We are activelaw, a steadily growing mid-sized law firm specializing in regional business consulting. We represent both companies and private individuals, and we are consistently advancing our processes through digitalization.
With over 100 employees, we are one of the larger commercial law firms in Lower Saxony. Our team of 40 lawyers and four notaries advises national and international clients across all areas of commercial law. More than 65 administrative staff members ensure fast and seamless operations.
Are you a fully qualified lawyer looking for a new challenge? We are looking for you to join us as soon as possible, on a full-time or part-time basis, to work in intellectual property law.
Your responsibilities
- Independent management of your own cases within the department
- Advising and representing mid-sized companies and private individuals in matters of intellectual property law
- Representing our clients in court
What you bring to the table
- Fully qualified lawyer with at least one year of professional experience in intellectual property law
- A specialist lawyer certification (Fachanwalt) in intellectual property law is desirable
- A diligent, structured, and organized approach to work
- Professional proficiency in English
