Attorney (m/f/d) for Public Economic Law

At activelaw, we are a steadily growing mid-sized law firm specializing in regional business consulting. We represent both companies and private individuals, and we are consistently advancing our processes through digitalization.
With over 100 employees, we are one of the larger commercial law firms in Lower Saxony. Our team of 40 lawyers and four notaries advises national and international clients across all areas of commercial law. More than 65 administrative staff ensure fast and seamless operations.
Are you a fully qualified lawyer looking for a new challenge in public commercial law? We are strategically expanding this practice area and offer you the opportunity to help shape its structures, content, and mandates. We are looking for you to join us as soon as possible, either full-time or part-time.
Your responsibilities
- Managing your own mandates in public commercial law with full autonomy
- Advising companies and public sector entities
- Focusing on administrative law, municipal commercial law, and public procurement law, as well as the intersection with the private sector
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts
- Representing our clients before administrative courts
- Preparing legal opinions and statements
What you bring to the table
- Fully qualified lawyer with at least one year of professional experience in public commercial law or administrative law
- A specialist lawyer certification (Fachanwalt) is an advantage but not a requirement
- Interest in advising public companies and institutions
- A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong commitment and a confident professional demeanor
