So far, our two notaries Dr. Christoph Wolter and Richard Prechtel have assisted clients with all concerns. They are now receiving reinforcements — from Dr. Alexander Nefzger! It is particularly gratifying that Dr. Nefzger was one of the 10 best out of a total of 214 candidates nationwide in the 2020 exam round that affected him.
Dr. Nefzger has been a lawyer since 2013 and has worked for activelaw since 2019. He is also a specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law. His focus is on corporate law, inheritance law and contract drafting. Dr. Nefzger also became a partner in our law firm last year.
“As a lawyer, I have dealt with many disputes in the areas of corporate and inheritance law over the past few years and have regularly been reminded of how important it is to make provisions in these areas through careful and interest-based arrangements,” explains Dr. Nefzger. “As a notary, I have the option of drafting company contracts as soon as they are founded in such a way that potential disputes are prevented. I also have the opportunity to develop effective succession plans through inheritance law arrangements and to prevent subsequent inheritance disputes through clear arrangements. ”
In addition to the traditional areas of real estate sales and the appointment of bank securities, Dr. Nefzger also focuses on corporate transactions (such as the formation, transformation and sale of companies) and inheritance law (including transfer of assets by way of anticipated succession, drafting of wills and inheritance contracts).
