We are very pleased to announce that our leadership team has grown once again: Tobias Bathon is now our firm's seventh partner.
Mr. Bathon has worked at activelaw since June 2014. During this time, he obtained specialist lawyer titles for construction and architectural law as well as for transport and freight forwarding law. We are proud and happy that Mr. Bathon is enriching our circle of shareholders with his professional expertise, his structured way of working and his human behavior.
At this point, we are also happy to give Mr. Bathon himself the floor and the opportunity to introduce himself in more detail:
Now it's out: I can represent our law firm as a new partner! I am very grateful for the trust that this has placed in me and I am looking forward to my new tasks. My goal is to face them with the same enthusiasm as my previous challenges.
I joined activelaw in June 2014. Back then, I had completed my traineeship and had two state exams under my belt — but hardly any practical experience. That changed very quickly... I was thrown into deep water in the best and most positive sense of this phrase and quickly gained a lot of process experience. This time in particular made me enjoy our job. And I still look forward to the disputes in court, to our team and to exciting cases every day.
With my commitment and fighting spirit, my wish is to help shape activelaw from now on and continue to make it an attractive employer. In particular, I would like to support young lawyers in their first steps in professional life and, for example, support them in preparing and following up proceedings.
